If everyone will be rich, we will not think about money anymore and people will do that job anyway. Because people will think about other stuff, not about money, so we will have a lot of volunteers that do that low paid work for free. Noone want to see durty streets, noone want to stay without food, so people will do it just from their principles maybe. ☺
