I did some research, Every page i seen didn't really even know why they were getting the message. They kept thinking it had to do with there tags. I find that not to be the case, I forget what these pages are called its something with a d that's all i remember. The reason im saying that tho is because they all run on the same bandwidth so if your out of bandwidth and cant post on steem you wont be able to post on dtube either!
