Sure! I use a mix of Coco Peat, any kind of organic manure and vermiculite in equal proportions. I generally water them from the bottom twice a day, or when the weight of the flats feels too light. Until the time the seed leaves appear, I keep them covered with another tray, then expose them to indirect sunlight during the day and keep them under LED lights at night. I made a DIY rack to do all these.
