University drops feminist artist’s talk after ‘transphobic’ claims

The UK's Oxford Brookes University has cancelled a talk by a feminist artist after its LGBTQ+ society accused Rachel Ara of having transphobic views.
It's not the first time a campus has seen a row over free speech, though universities pretend the problem is minor.

Research by the' Policy Exchange' think tank, states less than half of students nationwide back freedom of speech, while only 2/5 favor no-platforming controversial speakers.
