Dtube Troubles Why do some people not have them

I have been working to try to make dtube a landing zone for my show. It seems like some people their videos run smooth and they can make a lot of views and make steem. I go through work make a video and put it on dtube and even if people want to watch I am getting complaints the videos don't play. I was placing videos for paid subscribers and sharing the links with them from my youtube audience. Am I needing to adjust my settings when uploading how are other people avoiding this problem. I have decided the steemit community is the place for my show but it just seems like dtube should have someone on it ASAP before it loses the momentum. I promote my channel on dtube on my youtube channel which is risky already people come to watch and they say they can't get videos to play. I feel like this is not something to leave on the back burner. Or maybe it's me because the top earners videos seem to be playing let me know anyone who has knowledge in this perhaps i need to adjust my settings which I have tried but don't understand them there is very little settings, or options, or a help, or FAQ section. I wan't Dtube to succeed It is an idea who's time has come.
