This started out as a fast cigar box improvisation recorded with my zoom h6. Later I added some subtle drums via my roland handsonic. I've been trying to learn new things in after effects so I fiddled around with an alpha mask based off 354 of my scanned ballpoint pen doodles. Once the doodles were scanned I just made them all black and white the stacked them in a slideshow. The black portions of the doodles reveal the color of the original video.
