Still trying to recover the nasty flu, and now I am just dealing with cough right now. The temperature is extremely cold outside, especially in the morning and evening - once I breathe in the cold air, I start coughing again... Quite frustrating to be honest. Anyways, glad that to be able to do planks and push-ups with my co-workers again... who knows when this is going to end :)
