eating healthy where i am is not convenient (oh pity my entitlement)

ok ok, i know, i know, lots of things to be all 'entitled' and 'unicorn' about in here so fine, yep, get that. just a little rant from someone trying to eat better and finding it tough, that's all, switching from bad eating behaviour to fasting and eating things that are better for me takes time and i'm terrible with switching energy into being more respectful of that time when it comes to eating.

It's like i'm having to retrain all the things that i did before and why i know that's just a time thing i know those are the times where the weaknesses start to set in because it's easy to fall back -- don't get me wrong this is not a new year, new decade thing, i've been wanting change for a while, i can stick to the fasting bit no problem, eleven days in i can see myself doing that daily because it brings a clarity with it.

i just don't like the mild panic of not having food in the morning to get into that's ready to go, basically, what i'm saying is that i need to UP my prep game instead of getting frustrated by dipping into my working time, as with all things in life, it's just balance, finding the balance right? :)

ps. if you are in the process of losing weight, changing what you eat, know i know your headspace when it comes to turning to the foods you have always known, when you remove them, don't buy them it's easy to fall back into it because it's an easy go too -- that's not the way, look at alternatives, get bags of chickpeas, rice, flour, like big ones, know you always have something, get ya hands dirty, make a batch of them up, so you have something to eat, get a food processor, buy the glass meal prep containers, it's the only way you'll get to do what you are looking to achieve -- just know i understand the struggle of ignoring so called 'convience' in favour of the good stuff, maybe we just got too lazy and apathetic! new decade, new reboot! :)
