I have a confession to make. .. .

I’m not any further than I was last week about doing outreach for makers for this project yet, mildly frustrating but I know I’ll get there once I decide on who I’m going to reach out too — it’s not like the numbers don’t speak for themselves but I really need to get myself a maker account setup so I can see what the makers see that I’m inviting.

once I’ve done that I can explain the setup to them and get block-review.com rebooted and make that into a weekly show that I can do with @dayleeo too, we have been chomping at the bit to get back to podcasting so maybe that would be a nice segway into it! :)

buzzi are back again!

So not a massive amount to report on this week apart from that buzzi have renewed their campaign again after some initial issues with their systems they have a more solid signup process into their system I’m presuming and have even put together a new bonus package in there too — in fact it looks like the MAX hunt you can earn on that is $350 which is pretty awesome if you introduce people to it via your STEEM blog and YOUTUBE channel, pretty awesome for other app makers to see.

I think once brand advocates and influencers start to hear about the platform and start to understand STEEM, HUNT and EXCHANGES a little bit then they will start to see how their social channels is social proof for their time, work and output — at the moment, it’s a fire and hope for the best kinda activity limited by one single platform that pays for similar actions, adsense on google.

adsense is heavily flawed thou for the content creator because you channel could be striked at any time and your earnings effected. Already the OG you tubers are looking around for alternatives and are heavily leaning into third party income streams, patreon and crypto — it’s a perfect time to be getting this product out to the masses.

on the road to 10 million social engagements

Potential reach of campaigns so far have nearly exceeded 10 million followers, of course, we can do better, especially when you consider that across all the campaigns and the percentage of people that actually engage with a tweet, blog post or youtube video they see — it’s got to have some return on investment for the companies doing campaigns.

I truly believe that once a handful of big you tubers hit the platform then things are going to change rapidly, you’ll see a lot more campaigns hitting in the platform and these numbers will be made to look kinda stupid!

It’s certainly turning out to be a very busy 2020 ;)
