DAY 6 - Sunday is Productivity Day - #7days -- with added Ask Anyone Anything (AAA)

in dtube •  6 years ago  (edited)

hey there, my favorite day is a sunday, mainly because it's that one day in the week for me where it feels the rest of the world slows down as well, i know a lot of people treat sunday as the prep day for the working week ahead as well and certainly tomorrow is the day that a bunch of people go back to work for the first time this year.

not out group thou, our group has been accountable since the beginning of the year, i really felt that momentum energy after adventube (advent calendar for december) and wanted to carry it on into january so some kind of accountability felt the best way to do it, i've not gotten my time with the apps yet but i know it's coming -- it's always the fine balance between clients, hobbies, dabbling and focusing up to learn a new skill.

don't forget squad that tomorrow is the last day of the account, we won't renew the account until feb now but when we do expect us to be doing major outreach in the second part of january with ampsteem, i'm pumped to bring that to you and i'd love your feedback on that, expect a link to a spreadsheet and a live stream questions and answers and 'work on this live' once i've got the idea fleshed out more.

the thing with the new skill stuff is that you have to apply it there and then so it goes in, so it's stored, so you can run through it and repeat it at a later stage, at least for me it works that way. since i've been tinkering this week with all the things it's made me consider a very niche group of people that i want to sell too this year so i realise i can use the steem blockchain to build a frontend for that and style it accordingly, i've also added another two courses that i can do in the rest of january if i finish this one up quickly -- one about the mac and the other about setting up for podcasting using anchor, i think both me and @dayleeo learned a lot there actually and i think it could help others get started.

remember, Ask Anyone Anything (AAA) which have no constraints when it comes to asking questions. Ask questions to any user regardless of your relationship to them, activity level, or time of day (unlike AMAs) -- the idea is that you can help, assist, advise, debate, suggest or straight up ask for advice on a bottleneck or thoughts as part of your daily accountability update.

Pumped to have finally pushed the course i was thinking about all december and into january, now that the course is live it makes it a lot easier to just add parts too and that's what i'm about to do now for the next two hours. i'm expecting this course to grow this year as newer dapps are added to the chain and this will be one of the courses that i'll be offering free of charge to people who want it on the ampsteem/amplify project.

i realised that although we have websites with links about all the wonderful stuff we have on the steem blockchain sometimes you just need someone to quickly run through that stuff and show the BENEFITS of using it compared to using and relying on centralized platforms, it might be a lot of people to take in and process and maybe some people don't want that level of 'blockchain' detail they just want to switch because they are having a current bad experience or are just bored and want something fresh and new.

. .. to top that, it's a perfect time for the new investor to jump into something like the steem blockchain and start bag holding steem power so they get more power on the platform, i think once people start to dig around in the chain they can see how varied the group of people here actually are.
