Steemit for Content Creators | #ep15 | mobile apps that use steem blockchain

in this episode, part 15 of 32 parts (roughly 3hrs + of all things steemit land!) we talk a little bit about mobile applications and what will hopefully be an explosion in apps coming out in the next six months for the steemit platform. right now we only have a few mobile applications (that i know of, if you know more please tell me in the comments) that work with the steemit blockchain. i do know that a steemit wallet from steemit inc is coming out sometime in december for both IOS and Android so that will be useful for quickly sending and receiving funds and checking on balances.

the wonderful thing about a blockchain that's decentralized and spread across the world on many servers is that the platform does not rely on the master website to be functioning, you can connect to the blockchain from mobile sites, things that you build yourself with the developer tools and interface with the steemit blockchain (the fastest blockchain on planet earth btw) -- it's a really incredible technology when you dig deeper than just the initial website and the idea that you can earn funds.

the st33m amplify project is an effort to bring vloggers, content creators, youtubers and to bring in general the bloggers of the world into steem and show them they can add steemit to their income streams and have a more open, ad-free experience and share the wealth of their own successes over here on the platform instead of a centralized blog that currently pays them little adsense or nothing at all.
