I've been dealing with one of the worst back aches in years the past two days, doing as much painkillers and short-term relief exercise as possible, but I don't know how to stand, sit or lie currently, we can suffer together. Hope you find some relief <3

hehehe, no tips to give. it was a perfect vlog, under 2 minutes, great update, some background on you and what zaps the energy, it was super authentic! daily vlogs please! :) -- i always think of a vlog like a start - middle and end, which this had. .. maybe a call to action at the end to spark conversation, like asking what people do themselves to do deal with things? just to open the door for feedback and comments but like i said yesterday, it flowed perfectly, when it flows, it flows... eventually the camera will just become a friend you love chatting too! :)

My "call to action" was asking for tips and feedback as I am still very very new in this blogging business. At some point I will ask for tips on editing so I can move on beyond the "no cuts no takes no edits". And again - THANK YOU for your insights. They're really helpful!!!
