i need a proper way to be a success on steemit see my trust score where i am :(

I hear you, @ansarikamran What you're going through is normal. The key is to get to know people and provide rock-solid value in content. Do your research. Find answers to problems or provide relevant information that people on Steemit want to know. I've been at it since Aug 2016 and am just now getting the knowledge I went. I have a LONG way to go and I love it! Thank you for stopping by.

please check it is not going properly. i tried two or three times. may be my net or system problem. but other sites are working properly. DTube has still problems. i tried to upload a file it didn't till now. pl check.

I know what you mean. Dtube has had some problems like that. I had it as well. Many others have also. It eventually works. I know that's not a good answer but it is where we are with this version. Stand by as it is continually improving. Thank you for coming over to visit.

Good

Thank you, @sirtorito

Awesome! I Think the @andrarchy tag is mispelled though

Oh, thank you! Yikes! It must be that dad-blamed computer of mine making spelling errors again! :-)

Hey, thanx for the heads--up. Checking on it now.

I have checked and it seems that it is right with @andrarchy. Where did you see the misspelling so I can correct it. I really appreciate your input!

It is in the text of the post, not the title. The title is correct :)

You are right! Located. Corrected. I am most grateful to you, @goldmatters. Thank you!

Your welcome :) I swear I’m more than just grammar police :)

What’s your future outlook on what Blockchain will be next year in regards to steemit if we get some heavy hitters on board?

No one knows for sure, and I'm no predictor of the future. However, I think the fundamentals are strong with Steemit and bitcoin for similar but separate reasons. Blockchain is the way to go. I'm sanguine for the future.

What a great video love it @terrybrock 😙😙

Well, thank you so much, @myeasin. Glad you enjoy it (and I love the two (!!) smiley faces!

Thanks for your reply you're really kind @terrybrock

I think success on steemit will be waaay easier once communities is implemented into the system. Also was really good seeing you at steemfest again ^_^

I agree. I think that once we have the new communities feature it will make Steemit even better. A great new feature about to hit!

Yeah, way more organized. Higher capability to connect with people to meet peoples goals and organize what ideas people are looking for. Yeah, I am looking forward to it.

Yes, I agree. I'm looking forward to having that ability with communities.

Same here ^_^

Wow congratulations on your success Mr Terry. I really appreciate your knowledge and experience in the social media business genre. I hope to learn more.
This thing is like learning a new language, but I will learn it.
Thank you.

That is a good way to put it, @parcke. It is a new language called Steemit and we're all learning as we go. Thank you for coming over to say hello.

FUCK DTUBE!
I don't like to use profanity to express a point but there are no better words to express how frustrating it is to attempt to try to watch content on Dtube.

Terry, at least provide a working alternative.

2018 is just around the corner. Steemit Inc, better get their shit together and pass on the message to the other platforms that they boasted about at steemfest if they are to entice some investors.
As of current, Utopian.io is the only platform which I would consider working and developing successfully and worthy of investor money. The others such as Dtube = broken. Dlive = NE. Zappl = Broken. Appics = NE. Steemit = Broken. Any others not mentioned are simply not worth the mention.

Community Liaison is working hard to spread fluff though. It is evident that @ned has made it clear that he has to earn his keep. The video in question does not touch on the true fundamentals of steemit. Which are:

  • First, you got to earn the followers
  • Then you get the audience
  • They you can post any old garbage and you'll be up voted
(Because half of those followers are simply parasites wanting to find exposure through your popularity)
  • If you are still failing to earn reward, then pay to get noticed.
  • Revert back to posting garbage again or "your original content" it's indivisible.

No offense to individuals that ARE posting quality content here but content is NOT king. It's not primary as CL points out in the video. There are way more quality content creators here missing out, getting a few dollars for their effort, as opposed to those that are able to exist in the right circles, get noticed by specific users, get high rewards even when they post mindless crap.

IMO, if communities don't fix much of the issues that exist here currently, if they in fact actually simply localize the issues and create a class system of sub groups, where top communities get the rewards and the lower communities simply scrape the bowl, then there is no hope for steemit or SMTs. The STEEM token is falling further and further down the list. This is with a product. How on Earth are investors going to jump on board when all the other products are in an even worse state that their main product.

No offense Terry, but you ask weak questions. You do nothing for the platform or other users when you fail to probe beyond the bullshit.

Sounds like you might be happier in another place. Be well and I wish you the best.

LOL. That's your position.. OK.
Sounds like a safe space of yours was rattled.
You do not believe in questioning that which is broken?
I guess you clarified where you stand then.
A mindless fool ready to sing a long when the guitar is out and the fire begins to crackle...

kumbaya my lord... kumbaya....

The difficulties sometimes encountered. We hope you are working on improving Steemit that we all together can achieve great results. Thank you.

I'm not the developer, but I know they are working on it. I agree with you that it needs to be improved. I'm thinking the developers also agree. Not being a developer myself, I want the resolution yesterday. Hoever, I know they are working diligently on it. Thanx for your comments, @nilpan

Please tell me, Terry, what video format are you using for DTube? I am having trouble with DTube not taking the upload. If you're using a video
editor, please tell me of that one, too.

Thanks

Hi @parcke. I'm using MP4 and uploading it. I think the challenge is the length of the video, though I'm not sure. The editing is one in CMac and works very well. Thank you very much for your helpful comments.

Thankyou for the clarification. I read somewhere about the length too had something to do with it. The video I had was only about 20 minutes though. I even tried converting it to smaller, but it will wouldn't work. I did see one of yours posted, and had the infamous white X meaning not operational. Well, I ended up just putting a link below to point it to the YouTube site.

This sounds like it's good content. But it is painful to try to watch. Time to turn up the bandwidth.

Yes, I hear you. I'm experiencing the same painful "start & stop" with the video. I imagine this is something they are working on to clean it up. If several people get this kind of response, it is something that will have to be addressed. Thank you, @fastindemand (like your moniker!) for your comment.

Hello @terrybrock. It isn't a fist video I saw of @andrarchy. He makes me believe in hard work which brings success. Thank you @dorotea
