I Lost $172,257.54 Jamaican Dollar on Cryptocurrency in 2019. What did I learn?

I speak about how I watched as over $1300 USD which is literally $172,257.54 Jamaican dollars slip away from me in 2017- 2019 because I was holding on to ALT coins. What am I doing differently for 2020? Buying more ALT coins but this time I'm being smart about it.
