Can someone help me with Stream Settings for D.Tube?

Is there any way to select a specific server to upload my stream too? I can't seem to upload any higher than 1200kbps for Streaming (from Australia btw).

Is there a server list available or is my D.Tube Streaming career in jeopardy already? :O
