Mutualism, Disability & Universal Basic Income

I commonly get asked about how Disabled People will survive under Mutualism and I propose a version of Universal Basic Income that is called Mutual Basic Income. As an anarchist, I object to Statism and I believe we the people can do a better job of taking care of each other better then what the government can do.
