March 15, 2017 – We executed an Exclusive Joint Venture Agreement with ASOCIACIÓN COMUNITARIA MINERA SAN JUAN an Ecuador gold mining company with Granted Mining Rights Contract from COOPERATIVA DE PRODUCCION MINERA AURIFERA BELLA RICA legal title holder of gold mining concessions GUANACHE – 3 DE MAYO CODIGO: 170 AND;
BELLA RICA CODIGO: 15 which they have been artisinally mining and extracting gold ore and being processed to gold balls from their 1.3Km main underground gold mine tunnel with 2 extensions and 3 identified gold ore veins since 2012.
June 28, 2017 - We became a US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) current reporting private company filer with SEC acceptance of our Regulation Crowdfunding Form C Offering.
September 22, 2017 – We incorporated Alquimia y Explotación Minera San Juan Alquiexmi S.A. (Ecuador) and legally assigned all the Granted Mining Rights Contract and obligations to the company effectuating the March 15 Exclusive Joint Venture Agreement transaction.
PROJECT
We own a 50% equity and board control of Alquimia y Explotación Minera San Juan Alquiexmi S.A., an Ecuador gold mining company with granted mineral rights on two gold mine concessions.
The Bella Rica Codigo: 15 concession has been artisanally mined and exploited by our joint venture partner blasting a 1.3 Km main underground main tunnel “MINA SAN JUAN” with 2 extensions extracting ore from 3 identified veins of 7 known veins producing gold since 2012.

SYSTEMIC ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEM
Latin America Artisanal Small-scale Gold Mining (“ASGM”) operations annual gold production can be as high as 200 tonnes (6.4 Million oz) processing with mercury (Hg) and/or cyanide emitting an estimated 200 tonnes of mercury annually.
Studies have shown that the majority of Hg emitted by gold smelters is deposited near the emission source (i.e. within 1 km), contaminating the urban areas.
Tailings containing a mix of lead, mercury, manganese, and various cyanides are eventually flushed into the river system poisoning the water and killing all aquatic life in the area.
Responsible gold ore processing will begin with our own gold ore mined from MINA SAN JUAN to encourage responsible development of ASGM operations with a clear commitment for present and future generations in the Bella Rica mining district.
Chronic exposure to mercury is known to lead to neurological disorders that include blurred vision, tremors, malaise, memory loss, and intellectual impairment.
