Good day everyone!
Today is day 2 of my SUGARFREE challenge and I feel great! Actually it's not a challenge like 21-day challenge, but a lifetime change in nourishment. Because from now on I won't eat any BAD SUGAR again. That means no rafined sugar and sugar-conaining products, no bad carbs like wheat, white rice, and the like, no pasta, no pizza, no dumplings, no Spätzle, no bread, no ordinary pancakes. But a lot of fruits and vegetables. And by and by I guess, I'm going to become a raw-food vegetarian!

I am glad you took this step :) I reduced sugar in the last 3 years and feel great. I drink bitter coffee and tea. Replace sugar with raisins, dates, honey and other fruits. But I cant resist the nice cakes in the bakery, so I buy it once in a while. Keep it up :)

But eating it once in a while, will keep both the small monster (physical addiction) and the big monster (psychological addiction) alive, and you can't get free. As long as you don't eat it more often, you won't have a problem, but someday you might think, "Oh, I can cope with it" And you start eating it more regularly again. And you get hooked again. That's what I experienced with nicotine several times! I wish you all the best!

Well this is very good @holgerwerner, good decision, I think yesterday I was just recommending that you should eliminate refined sugar from your diet, today I read: "That means there is no refined sugar or products", some years ago that It helped my health, I hope you keep improving, again I vote for you! good job!!! I have found for me that reducing sugar works much better than eliminating it. I try too hard to find that substitute.....

If that works for you, great! But by reducing the intake you don't eliminate the craving for, so you feel the need to substitute it. No craving, no need for substitution --> freedom. Then you can eat what your body and mind really wants to eat, fresh fruits and vegetables! :) Take care!
