Yes hehehe good old Soros lol Who knew fish had teeth!! I wonder if they brush them.. hey you wouldnt need to find a sink when its bed time because if your a fish your whole life is in water! Cuts the work of dental hygiene in half! Hey @d00k13 question for ya.. do fish bath?? :O

This is what I found to your question:

Fish don't need to bathe, but they are cleaned by tiny micro-organisms and in the case of larger species such as sharks and whales, can be cleaned by fish that sort of hitch a ride on them by sucking them clean, or simply clean them. Things like shrimps can often do this to fish even.

So in short we need the suckers to keep ourselves clean 😝
