COMEDY NPC Life GTA Edition

Comedy Open Mic Week #10

This video is a comedy short which takes a small glimpse into the life of a Non-Player-Character in the Grand Theft Auto video game series. I must have had a little inspiration for theme from @kevinli.

I nominate @scolari-ire and @dlife

Haha! That was awesome man, takes me back to the classic GTA style! Well made!

I'm trying to practice my on the fly creating skills haha. I had an idea of doing a boxing skit and I guess this was a trial run to see if I could pull it off before I invest in the props. Then while editing I guess kevinli's video was in my head and the video game aspect came into play. After a few hours of editing I figured I would share the results. Still undecided if I will do the boxing video.

It’s always worth a shot if you can pull it off! I think it’s cool to see something different like this. You could always collab with Kevin and have him box you haha

I was thinking about adding Kevin's "Hello" in this video before I started getting hit. haha. So funny you suggested him for the boxing.

Dude, you are really honing those editing skills!

Thanks. I got a bit crazy with this edit last night. :)

Knocked another one out of the park!!! This is brilliant!

Thanks man. I always appreciate you taking time to check out my craziness. :)

hahahah man this looks like my childhood.

I hope you are referring to playing GTA and not getting beat up. :)

both hahaha

haha, sorry to hear but made you the man you are today.

Hahaha! I love it Tim! Well done.

Thanks Jeff. Just trying to figure out what all I can do. Hopefully I can figure out some better blending when using green screen. It seemed to have a hard time with the quick movements.

It will help to cut down the motion blur, you can film at a faster framerate and increase the shutter speed. The motion blur makes your subject blend with the screen a bit so it's really hard to get a clean key.

Thanks Jeff. I did record at my cameras max 60 fps with shutter speed at 125. I might try to use those settings again and then act in slow motion as well...haha. It's a fun process. I think that it might have been my focus after looking at the original clips. I should have probably set it to a higher f-stop.

Yeah that will probably help. Gotta keep it sharp! I'm excited to see what you do next man!

I did another test tonight. Took the shutter speed way up and also adjusted the aperture to about 4 and it looks soooo much better. Thanks man.
