Batido de Arándanos con Cambur y Avena
Ingredientes:
1 Taza de Leche de Soya
1/2 Taza de Agua
1 Cambur congelado
4 Cucharadas de Arándanos congelados (previamente ya lavados el día anterior)
3 Cucharadas de Avena
Azúcar al gusto
Preparación:
En una licuadora colocamos el cambur, la leche, los arándanos, el agua, la avena y el azúcar, batimos hasta que ya este completamente triturado y listo servimos en un vaso. Disfruta de esta deliciosa bebida energizante y con alto contenido de proteínas.

1 Cup of Soy Milk
1/2 Cup of Water
1 Banana frozen
4 Tablespoons of frozen Blueberries (previously washed the previous day)
3 Tablespoons of Oat
Sugar to taste
preparation:
In a blender place the banana, milk, blueberries, water, oats and sugar, beat until it is completely crushed and ready to serve in a glass. Enjoy this delicious energy drink with a high protein content.
