Carbohydrates are not our enemies. Proteins and healthy fats should be in balance with carbohydrates in our diet. Our organism needs healthy, complex carbohydrates to enter enough nutrients needed for proper functioning of our organs and maintaining optimum health.
If we eliminate too much carbohydrate, our organism does not have significant fiber sources from our diet. Fibers are essential for good digestion, controlling sugar and blood in cholesterol. If we have a problem with our stomach and have a problem with digestion, please consider increasing the intake of healthy carbohydrates, rich in fiber.
