7 Leadership Principles learnt from an Eagle's Life...

Principle #1-
Eagles fly alone and at high altitudes

Stay away from Narrow- minded people,
(They are those that would/will bring you down). Keep good company.

Principle #2-
Eagles have accurate vision

Have a vision and remain focused regardless of the obstacles and you will succeed.

Principle #3-
Eagles do not eat dead things. They feed only on fresh prey

Do not rely on your past accomplishments, keep looking for New frontiers to conquer.

Principle #4-
Eagles love the storm

Achievers are not afraid of challenges, rather they relish them and use them profitably.

Principle #5-
When a female Eagle meets a male, she test him for commitment

Whether it's your personal life or professional, one should test the commitment of people intended for partnership.

Principle #6-
Eagles prepare for training

Leave your comfort zone, there is no growth there.

Principle #7-

When the Eagle grows old, they hurt themselves for new feathers

We occasionally need to shed off the old habits.
Things that burden us or add no value to our lives should be dropped.

Start a new life in application with the 7 principles above - they helped me so much
