Where I live, it gets dark now much earlier than it did a year or two ago. I remember it being 11pm, yet very bright outside, around this time. Now it just feels to me like we are in September already. Also, the sun is rising at a different spot (more towards the north) for the past couple years. I know that for a fact, because I used to wake up at around 5 am for years and would always see the sun rise at a particular spot (in May, cause that's when I'd be really admiring the sunrise).
I think here's why.

I would not be surprised if it was tilted. Interesting point. I don't think the Earth is going anywhere. It is pretty stable. Would worry more about an asteroid. hitting south of the USA rattling the New Madridian Fault line. That could reshape the Mississippi River and break the country in two. what I also have noticed is that the sun rises way way way early compare to before. I know it's summer and all but 4 AM I can see the bright sun? That's just crazy!

according to a video I watched last night this farmer seems to think so. He claims that the sun's position has totally changed and he had to change the positions of his solar panels. I tried to find the video in my history but for some reason it's not there...hmmm if i find it I'll send it to you.
