think for your self...analyze the facts ...
common sense, and a few facts, will expose that idea to be wrong.
CO2 is only effective for a very narrow 'window' of the electro magnetic spectrum...once that window is 'dirty'...it's done.
the real problem is that we don't have ENOUGH CO2 in the atmosphere . CO2 is plant food...the plants are starving. That's the reason greenhouse operators BOOST the CO2 to 1000ppm or more. Plants do MUCH better with more food.
