Following is a proposal that passed through the Earth Nation Decentralized Autonomous Alliance.
"To make it easier for our loved ones to become a voteholder, i move to allow sponsored sign-ups to contribute 44 dollars a month in exchange for being a voteholder.
Each person in this membership program will also receive the equivalent value in keys each month.
To retain vote-holdership through the membership program, members must continue making payments indefinitely. Also, non-sponsored vote holder's do not qualify for this membership program.
Furthermore, keys bought this way can never be sold."
This proposal was created by Dakota Kaiser. It was Approved.
This is the 77th Major Decision made by Earth Nation Voteholders.

How does one get sponsored? Who can become sponsors? I have not been following for a while, yet this upon first reading, this may have limitations/restrictions for some. So Voteholders are Sponsors, and only they can sponsor a new voteholder? There is a Monthly fee/payout/buy-in for exchange in keys, which benefit's EN and it's growth/support for Projects/opportunities/for members and supporters of EN? I think this is how it is, which is fair exchange :)
