You know I like to keep it simple. Nearly no dishes just they way it's meant to be. It's super simple.
This recipe could be made by a 5 year old and the secret to it's deliciousness is added half through cooking.
Ingredients
2 chicken thighs
Salt
Garlic powder
Butter
Rinse the chicken first in cool water. You never know what's happened to it by the time it gets your fridge.
Preheat the oven 200 C while you prep.
Put some salt on the thigh under the skin. Garlic powder too. As much as you like, I love garlic and I was too lazy to mince any tonight or would used a couple cloves.
After it's been baking 20 minutes or so add some butter, this is what will make it a fail safe sure to be yummy dish.
Oh and all this while water has boiled and the pasta is cooking. I simply microwaved the sauce, Prego Naploen.
Another 10-15 mins, I usually do a little more just to make sure it's really cooked.
