Strata is an incredibly delicious brunch dish, which is brilliant when you have a lot of guests and want to put a meal on the table of the kind that can be prepared and prepared in advance.
An easy solution to the classic egg and bacon accessories, which are super easy to make in advance and only require putting it in the oven on the day. In this recipe, however, I have replaced the bacon of chorizo, but you can easily replace it with toasted bacon, or make a combination of the two.
We ate it the first time in summer, where we got it served for brunch before the trip to this year's beautiful party. Perfect start of the day and it was so good, so I simply had to experiment with it at home in my own kitchen, including here in the autumn holiday, where it was a big hit at the brunch table.
