One of the classic beverages that can be both enjoyed hot or iced is a cocoa drink. But since it’s the summer season, we recommend making a glass of rich Iced Chocolate to cool you down.
Ingredients:
● 1 cup water or milk
● 2 envelopes (1.38 oz each) Swiss Miss® Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix
● Whipped Cream Topping, optional
Directions:
Heat water or milk in a glass and keep the microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds or until warm. Stir in the cocoa mix until blended.
Pour over ice in a glass. Top with a serving of whipped cream if preferred and serve immediately
Dairy-free Mango Smoothie
Mango smoothies are popular thirst quenchers especially during the summer in the Philippines since mangoes are grown locally and taste sweet. Ordering a mango smoothie in resorts and hotels enriches your experience. You can remake that summer feeling by making one in your condo. Mango smoothies are very easy to make! It can also be vegan and vegetarian friendly by making it dairy-free.
Dairy free Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
● 2 fresh mangoes or 2 cups of frozen mango
● 1 small frozen banana (or half of a large banana)
● ½ cup soy or nut milk
● ½ cup non-dairy yogurt
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until creamy.
Iced Matcha Latte

If you need a quick pick-me-up in the afternoon, this beverage is for you. Matcha is made of green tea leaves, thus giving you the energy boost you need. Remake your favorite Japanese drink at the comforts of your own condo with this simple and easy Iced Matcha Latte recipe! You can even play with the recipe by adding a shot of espresso to your drink.
Ingredients:
● 2 teaspoons matcha powder
● 1 to 2 tablespoons hot water
● 1 cup warm water
● Ice
● Soy or nut milk
Directions:
In a measuring cup or bowl, add the matcha powder. Pour in 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot water and whisk until the matcha has fully incorporated into the water. This should create almost a bit of a paste.
Pour in the remaining 1 cup of water and mix. Transfer to the fridge or freezer to chill for about 15 minutes.
Fill two glasses full of ice and add your milk of choice so the glass is about 3/4 of the way full. If you like, this is a great time to add any simple syrup like vanilla. Lastly, pour in the chilled matcha and stir.
