Today I am going to share with you my best tips in clean eating.
Starting from this one ;)
However before I start I will explain what it is clean eating - it is about eating whole foods, or "real" foods — those that are un- or minimally processed, refined, and handled, making them as close to their natural form as possible.
- Eat as much as possible raw food
- Eat unprocessed food
- Simply if you can't say what is inside better not to eat
- Cook from scratch so you will know what you put inside your tummy
- Get rid of or completely remove sugar, dairy and fried products
- Reduced the intake of meat, forget about fast food as your stomach is not your a rubbish bin
- Drink lots of water
And as you start notice the difference in the way you feel you will think twice before you take any food different than clean :)
