Hey everyone! Just a quick question.... Why do you think EBAY is sucking so much for everyone lately??? I think it is because Amazon has taken away most of their business. As a seller, lets face it.. EBAY customer service has NOT been the greatest, and their favouring customers over sellers does not really go over well with me.
I was talking to a long term seller a few days go, and he told me that it seems this day in age on EBAY, a customer could buy anything and just say 1) they never recieved it and get a full refund 2) say it arrived damaged and get a full refund 3) switch their own personal broken item for your good item, and get a full refund... the list goes on.
This is not good for resellers.
I like how it was put to me by another reseller a few years back. EBAY is like the wild wild west. No rules. Just hope and pray everything goes good or you will be out product and money. Amazon is more of a civilization. People do not lowball an $80 item down to $5.00 with free shipping. Amazon is more structured making it more fair for buyers and sellers, and their customer service actually wants to help you. Even if you are a seller. Imagine that.
