*Late August/to mid-September, quantitative easing 4 will be discussed and then enacted 3 weeks later after Oct. 2nd -Shemitah- Market Crash

*Major Italian bank failure followed by Deutche bank a few weeks later

*FED will then go to negative interest rates

*And helicopter drop of money in the form of mystery tax refunds or direct "economic stimulus" check

    Yep, sounds plausible. Get some silver, store food and water. The just in time grocery delivery system will fail soon after the hyper inflation starts.
