Today we will look at the UK real estate or property market. According to the latest data from Halifax, the average house price in the UK is growing at the fastest pace in 15 years.

Our conclusion is that this is definitely a bubble and that it will probably keep inflating in the near future as the Bank of England is actually looking to loosen mortgage lending rules.
