Why New York shouldn't be bailed out

These states like New York are always careless about their budgets and there's absolutely no question that there's way too much wasteful spending going on in the state. Had they been careful enough about it, there's no way that after collecting the ridiculous amounts of taxes that they do, they wouldn't have had enough to spend. Secondly, shutting down in such a draconian fashion was a choice of their own and nobody else is to blame for it. There have been places that stayed open all throughout the pandemic. When you make statements like, not visiting Chinese neighbourhoods due to coronavirus fears is 'racist' and contribute to spreading it, by intentionally making it a hotspot, you are simply being shameless by claiming that they were a hotspot through no fault of their own, which reminds me of ANTIFA. Is there a single sane person in the world who thinks that ANTIFA are the way they are, through no fault of their own? It is 100% their own fault that they aren't even good enough to be a useful part of the society. It's a choice that they have made, instead of studying. Having seen lots of these people, I know very well that there are people who simply don't want to study (or learn whatever is in demand) or work and it's 100% their own fault. Meanwhile, those retarded NGOs and their criminal donors are funding the destruction of American youth. When they're not pretending to fight for equity, all they do is beat up journalists (like in Portland, Oregon), while the mayor orders the police to do nothing (which is exactly why I don't like police state. Countries like France and Germany use the police to shut down every opposing voice, so that the socialists can stay in power, which isn't democratic), loot Apple stores, destroy somebody else's private property, shoot at a baby sitting inside the car (which happened only a few days ago in Charleston, South Carolina), get fat and hang out with thugs swiveling their knives around etc. These people should get legal notices for funding terrorism and their assets should be frozen. Thirdly, many of the businesses that you're talking about are absolutely trash. Even the stock market is in a bubble and you know it very well that I'm of the opinion that failing businesses should be allowed to go bust, because if you take of the risk factor (through insurance, negative rates or whatever), you will never get growth in the industry and prosperity.
