ECS, new Liva Z3 mini PCs and a model with AMD heart

in ecs •  5 years ago

Liva Z3 is the new Coputex 2019 min PC line announced by ECS. Two models are announced and Z3 Plus and Z3E Plus are announced to be precise: the first has a volume of 0.48 liters, while the second has 0.75 liters as it is thicker and includes additional components.

Both solutions are based on an unspecified Intel SoC, the specifications of which are not deliberately stated as all is still under development. However, we know that there are two slots So-DIMM DDR4 2400, HDMI, mini DP and 2 USB ports, one of which is a Type-C. The two units are also very interesting in terms of connectivity, as there are two 1GbE ports, Wi-Fi IEEE802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.2.

How does the two versions change? The thicker one features an HDMI input connector and two VGA COM RS-232 connectors with an "E" in the abbreviation. While both solutions can mount a SATA disk, M.2 2280 and M.2 2242 connectors are also available. ECS displays these products as ready for hosting M.2 slots capture cards.

Last but not least, there is the mini PC SF110-A320 with an AMD heart. Inside are 2 SO-DIMM slots for 2666MHz DDR4 memories (up to a total of 32 GB that can be installed), a M.2 2280 slot, a 2.5-inch SATA drive. The video outputs are HDMI, DP, and VGA, as well as Type-C USB ports.

Soon, to talk about prices for all units. Those provided by ECS are previews that will be presented throughout the year and may change in the meantime, which is why we are inviting you to take due care of the information provided.
