Introducing Edgecoin

The Edgecoin community was established to provide lasting solutions to these challenges with some great features that will reward its participants and also encourage them to hold their tokens for a longer time, thereby building confidence in the Defi system. It is the first digital platform that will provide online avenue for payment of education related fees, such as tuition, accommodation, etc. It is a fully decentralised community that is built on the greatest network in the Defi system - the Stellar. Stellar has great features and applications that will allow users of Lunaland to spread their tentacles and diversify their investment portfolio. It is also affiliated with the Pancakeswap Exchange, which is the leading exchange in the crypto world.

The management of the community is building one of the top leading crypto currencies in the system. They want to assist in facilitating easy and transparent education institutions' payments processes in a digital platformThere are unique features in the community that differentiates them from other Defi platforms, and which will bring tremendous development in the crypto world. Some of the features include the DApp which will feature measures that will guarantee free, cheap and secured transactions.

EDGECOIN DAPP

The DAPP is a unique decentralised application for payments in the EDGECOIN platform. The transactions of the platform run on the Dapp. It has some great features. Users can execute free peer 2 peer transactions, independent of the management control. Transactions are executed instantly with a command.

The DAPP was built on smart contracts based which will enhance the easy, transparent and secured payment system in the education ecosystem.

The users and partner institutions in the Edgecoin system must complete the KYC and AML process respectively. This is paramount to the improvement of the system. A user signs in, deposits the EDGT coins which are converted into the USD at the ratio of 1:1. Then the USD is used to make payment.

Contract Specification

The contracts introduced in the Edgecoin community will be based on the globally accepted Defi format which is smart contracts. The contracts are built on the Stellar network which is the greatest network in the cryptosystem and based on XLM standard.

The contacts need approval, which will be kept in an online and offline custody. A key is required for the approval of every operation in the community. The key is known as a signer, which is generated from a Higher Security Module that must have attained a certain level. Higher risk operations require up to 2 Signers for its approval. The execution of any approved contract is delayed for some time to allow for detection of any error that may affect the system. If any error is detected, the contract is cancelled.

Contracts are introduced in the system by sending a Build and instructing the Proxy to accept the Store of the Edgecoin Ledger. Once a new Build is introduced, it becomes effective and the old Builds become invalid.

Edgecoin Platform Supervision

The management of Edgecoin community will higher a third party to supervise all activities and
here will be a complete supervision of all transactions in the Edgecoin system by a third-party agency that will be engaged by the company. This is to make sure that its transactions comply with the financial laws of the United Kingdom.

A routine audit will also be conducted in the community to ensure its transparency.

All users and partner institutions of the Edgecoin system must undergo the KYC and AML process respectively. This will help to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, and ensure safety and transparency of all transactions.
