The Venezuelan educational system employed has not been able to meet the needs of the population, so much so that in terms of quality; In general, the number of students who attend school today is more important, so that they do not develop the skills required for the globalized and dynamic global society in which they must operate. Certainly that is a phrase alien to Venezuelan reality, not in terms of teachers or professionals in the country, but in the face of insensitivity, for the political authorities of today, since obviously the most valuable element for them is not education.

However, other countries have proposed actions that have helped them to recognize their human talent so that they are the world's top leaders, the main products of innovation research, entrepreneurship, technological advances; the same ones that have involved in this process other significant actors such as: the family group, institutions and government, in addition to the investment in education; implementation of innovative strategies for knowledge management; To complete the training should go beyond the fulfillment of an academic requirement, it is important that it forms part of a philosophy of life inculcated from the child's early age.

In the school organization, the teaching - student team are equivalent to the workers.

The educational action is fundamentally ethical because it demands the intervention of the educator and the student. Acting well commits the person of the educator and the educator in the decision and in the action. The educator is responsible from the beginning of the process and the effects that it triggers. The methods and planning, from this configuration, are subsidiary of the integral and integrating action of the educator. Seeing and treating the learner as a person presumes to involve him in his learning process so that he actively supports his education.

At present there are teachers who continue without considering the student, that is, assess their ideas and / or opinions and act as possessors of knowledge, which, instead of encouraging participation, interest in the subject, cause apathy, disinterest on the part of the student. In the passage of time, various pedagogical models have emerged, which have different characteristics and approaches; However, despite these changes in education, the teaching-learning process continues to be flawed.

Taking into account the phrase cited above, one could infer that given the circumstances the worker is the teacher and not the student, since the one who is exercising a position is the aforementioned, however, it is to be considered that the purpose of the business organization is the production and distribution of wealth or material goods and the provision of a decent job, and that of the educational organization is to teach and train the person completely, intentionally, fundamentally through formal education.
In other words, educational action is essentially ethical in that it requires the intervention of the educator and the learner. Likewise, the educator is responsible from the first moment of the process and the effects that it triggers. Methods and planning, from this perspective, are subsidiary to the integrating action of the educator. Seeing and treating the learner as a person implies involving them in their learning process so that they contribute actively to their education. This process must be bidirectional, that is to say, the teacher is also an active apprentice of each experience in the classroom.

The student is a client of the teacher from whom he receives the educational services for his development.

In the opinion of the author, the student can not be seen as a client, because a client would know what the needs are and how they can be met, in which case the client of the educational institution in this case is the society and not the student, since society is the one that demands that human being that is trained to develop in it, that is, the training of professionals to meet market needs and meet a demand that comes from companies and other institutions that are involved in the development of a country. In this order of ideas, companies can take references of various approaches and techniques that can help to be more effective in the direction of educational institutions, the purpose is to deliver to the community full human beings, with principles and values ​​that allow them be participants in a more just society, capable of improving the quality of life of the entire community, and based on knowledge and skills that allow them to develop competitive advantages that lead the country through development.

The institution and the teachers are its providers of effective learning instruments, environment and study systems. On the other hand, the student is the worker whose product is their growth and continuous improvement "
Institutions and teachers are providers of effective resources for the teaching process, while the student must be responsible for acquiring knowledge, skills and abilities, educational institutions and the teacher should enable the person to grow, improve, improve, develop fully and transcend. They must satisfy the need for educability through the educational process; that is, to form integral people, who contribute to transform society; in this order of ideas, be that means through which the ultimate goal of education is made possible: the person trained.
