The direct experiences are favorable in the evolution of the individual, for their contribution in the development and acquisition of skills, in addition to allowing the challenge, autonomy and courage, assuming the responsibility that the risk deserves. It gives way to know the essence of many things that are believed without explanation, but through direct experiences the discovery is conceived.
When it is experienced, security is generated and this is necessary for knowledge.
Being involved in a learning, is realizing that without the necessary study, success is not possible.
Direct experience in the court.
Experiencing an important activity is making students aware of the responsibilities they have and that they must remain in them, in order not to show any negative attitude in society, as this will have a lifetime impact.
Exercising true functions in court, helps to see the good and the bad, the right actions and that must be acquired to grow personally and professionally.

Children will have the opportunity to demonstrate that they choose to behave well, following the guidelines that the court establishes for the exercise to fulfill its function.
Being involved in the court is the principle that leads to discipline, since a wrong action leaves sequels, which are difficult to erase and the student will realize it, in the middle of the entire learning exercise.
Objectives of direct experience in the court.
- The acquisition of responsibility.
- The distinguishing the good from the bad.
- Promote research.
- Knowing how to respond to a oath.
- Exercise authority when justified.
Function that the educator must have so that the direct experience in the court is carried out successfully.
The educator is an example guide and stimulator for learning, it is appropriate to talk with the students, informing them that the court is important, and certain traits and attitudes that must be assumed with full awareness will be put to the test.The purpose of this is for the student to understand the role of the court, the judge and all parties involved.
All experience has a purpose and must be strictly evaluated so that learning is effective. Thus determining, its development not only in the court but outside of it.
Learning and fun activities in the court.
Belonging to the working group of a court, contemplates the responsibility to act in favor of justice, understanding that there are loyal and disloyal people who make a difference in the work area, depending on what they want to choose.
Activities:
Learning the functions of a court and the parties that comprise it.
The judge and his work team in charge of providing essential knowledge to the school group, will give the students instructions and a list of the corresponding chores in each situation and for each person who is executing functions of the court.
Explaining below what is easy to acquire in the time the activity lasts:
- The parts. These people are the ones who sue or the plaintiffs.
- Lawyers. They are placed by the maximum law or can be searched in a particular way, to exercise the functions in defense of the case.
- Judge. In charge of giving the verdict of final sentence and that is not revocable except, by the same judge.
- Translators. They are responsible for translating the sworn obligations of both parties.
- Witnesses. It's those people, whose purpose in court is to serve as a support base to testify against or favor what you want to achieve in the trial.
- Jury in the court. They are people who judge the facts, however, the one who has the word is the judge.

In this part of the activity, the children will learn that an oath before the law is serious and that it should not be violated, since it is missing from the oath and is punishable.
In the same way, it results in real life, it is intended that the student understands that it is always necessary to tell the truth because it is what resolves the conflict.
Presentation of the tests.
What will the children learn in this part of the process? Self-defense strategies, because without evidence it is difficult to believe in the situation or person.
For the presentation of evidence, children must first be clear about the case, and this will be in charge of the highest authority, which will impart the knowledge of good duty as a citizen.
Once the case has been formulated, the attorneys of the parties in their defense character will issue the evidence to the entire room so that there is no doubt about the evidence, and the judge will evaluate the situation.
Juries and their functions.
The entities in charge of evaluating but without authority, will only give opinions that the judge considers relevant, or not for the case.
They will explain their defense or accusation by both parties involved, being impartial.
This will be done in an open manner, so that it is transparent to the audience that is present.
Presentation of the accused.
Many times there are people accused unjustly and others who must be sentenced to prison for many years for crimes committed.
Children will realize what happens when they behave badly, what illicit actions produce in the individual, leaving them far from the family and their home.
It is necessary to insist on good behavior since being behind bars is not a game, people are isolated from everything that was previously enjoyed. This will encourage students to go in the right direction, away from the bad things that affect their personal and professional lives.
The student who exercises the function of judge, will ask the accused to get up, and proceed to ask, is declared: guilty or innocent ?. Two answers that change their destiny and the same happens in real life.
Encouraging this type of activity makes life appreciate and everything it offers.
Judge's verdict.
When all the tests are presented, the children will give the verdict that has been taken as judge.
It is necessary to take this action in a serious way, since it is an example of the daily life presented in this work.
Once the process ends, the judge in the room is removed, as well as those involved in the process.
Students should take the positive of this activity to perform as a good citizen.
Training children for their own benefit is enriching for their development and learning.
Teaching is a pleasure, our job is to make it fun and enjoyable. Motivates as an educator and as a person capable of generating any type of learning based on the teaching of education, which allows to nourish knowledge more effectively.
