It is hard to realize how we ourselves can ignore sabotaging the achievement of our goals, and that there are tools and techniques that facilitate the road to success.
One of these tools is Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), which for many is known and others have heard it named, the truth is that it is functional if we put it into practice for our personal success and that of others.
According to Robert Dilts, NLP is "a model of how our mind works, how it affects language and how to use this knowledge to program ourselves, in the sense of making our life and the things we do easy for us and same efficient time. "
Programming refers to the way we think. The understanding of this knowledge is what will allow us to change our way of thinking; that is to say that if we make a conscious reprogramming of our thoughts, we can achieve positive results and therefore the achievement of our objectives.
Neuro refers to all experiences and perceptions (the ability to receive through the senses the images, impressions or external sensations) that make up our neurological system that gives rise to our behavior.
Linguistics. It refers to verbal or non-verbal language that allows us to communicate with others and convey our experiences.
The PNL states that each person has a sensitive channel to understand the world and to relate to others, considering 3 modes of thinking that are visual, auditory and kinesthetic.
Visual people are characterized by being restless and very observant, to the extent that they capture the smallest detail that others do not see, it is very common for them to visualize images easily remember and take notes to do so. Hearing aids are usually communicative and easy to express, prefer to explain things to them, rather than read them themselves, reveal their thoughts aloud, easily remember what they hear.
Kinesthetic people like to touch things and physical contact, they learn by doing, they perceive things through the body, they are very intuitive, they need movement and activity, they wear clothing that makes them feel comfortable.
NLP states that all people have a little of each of these characteristics, but the way you see reality is intimately linked to your personality.
In this sense to use this learning could start asking you can change your personality to be a better person, what are your next goals, you are the only responsible to be happy or sad, you decide to reprogram your mind to succeed.

All lived experiences and information captured from childhood through the senses of the outside world and stored so far can be reprogrammed by feeding your subconscious mind with positive information, which will be the new information you store.
Clearly determine what you want to achieve.
Write and repeat positive affirmations, with conviction regarding the objectives you want to achieve.
Visualize yourself reaching the goal or goal that you drew, if possible you have a plan with images regarding the path towards achieving it.
Example: If you want a car, a house, place pictures with images of how you want it to be, in your office, at the refrigerator door, in the room, even if you want your title, a better job.
Take out of your mind any negative image, it often happens that this happens; but immediately replace those images with positive thoughts convincing you that you can achieve it.
Put into practice the positive thoughts until you make a habit without realizing it will become part of your life and your personality.
Do not distract yourself from your real context so that you can realize the achievement of your goal.
Change your vocabulary by declaring positive things in order to subtract negativity, example if you want to say. "Today was a terrible day for me" instead say, "The challenge of this day I overcame favorably."
Try to stay away from toxic people.
Model your behavior towards a successful person, happy, with values, with an effective communication, with good habits, capable of achieving your goals.
Enjoy life, take care of yourself, show that you love others by loving yourself, respect yourself so that you can be respected by others.
Learning to program your mind for success is not easy, but once you put it into practice and make this modality a habit of life, you will achieve success in all the objectives and goals you set for yourself.
