Education ~ Learn the success of a campfire

I often make bonfires when I go to school in middle school, where I join scout activities. To be able to make a large fire that can be lit up, careful preparation is needed, including choosing wood that is dry enough to burn. If the wood is not dry enough it usually has to be dried beforehand, so that it is easy to burn. Sometimes my other friend asks for wood that has been burned to use to make a bonfire in front of my friend's tent.
The fire that was taken from the campfire in my place, it is not necessarily able to ignite to a large extent, because the easy or not the fire can ignite depends very much on the wood to be burned, if the wood comes from young plants, the fire will quickly die out, because the wood will flammable but not durable. If the other wood is not dry, it will be difficult to make a bonfire even though the fire is taken from a large wood burning from another campfire.
In the same organization or institution the same thing will happen, a person who feels himself great in an established institution, then withdrawn by another institution that is just starting out, he cannot give as good an achievement as the old institution that has a good system. A person can grow and develop well if he is in an environment that can make a person grow and develop.
The same is true for top basketball players like Kareem from UCLA. He was a top player, under the guidance of John Wooden, had Kareem not been dealt with by John Wooden and his team, he was not necessarily the top player. Kareem greatly admired his mentor and friend named John Wooden.
I often meet with my friends and when he recounts his previous experience in the institution, he said that he had done many things so that the institution grew. Sometimes I ask myself, after the institution was abandoned did the institution continue to grow? if the answer is yes, the development of the institution is not merely because of him, yes maybe he has a lot to contribute in developing the institution. But many teams within the institution support him so that he can contribute.

The lesson I got
When there is a large bonfire, how to turn off the fire is very easy, separate all the burning wood, so the wood does not become one. Then slowly the fire will be extinguished, the wood which had a large flame will also be extinguished by itself. The strength of a large fire on a bonfire, due to the contribution of a small fire from burning wood, so that the fire can become large, so that when each burning wood is separated the fire will be extinguished.
In the organization I strongly believe that building people will be very important, and choosing people who have the fighting power to learn and work becomes very important too. But more importantly they must be willing to cooperate with each other. Do not have the feeling of wanting to compete with other teams, not feeling the most intense in the institution. This also happens to the top leader, if the leader feels the greatest, the organization will not develop, his men will die, there is no growth and development, so that a good person will disappear.
Even good wood cannot make a large bonfire if the wood is not brought together. In the organization the method used to bring good wood closer to a big fire is to improve communication between employees. A large flame is shown by the enthusiasm of each person to pursue their respective targets.
