They are not paying users for viewing ads yet, so that is just a proposal at this point. They did give browser users a free $5 in BAT to pay publishers recently. You must use it in 90 days though or it will disappear.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
