Hello my fellow steemians, I just want to share my experience today as I went to my alma mater and get my form 137.

Form 137 is a document that represents your overall grades from 1st to 4th year highschool (grade 7 to 10). This is a fundanental requirement needed by our University in order for me to graduate. Long time ago it was not being trasfer by our school. I really thought that they will personal give it to my school in college but unfortunately they didn't do it rather I must do it personally.
This is the letter sent by our university to my alma mater in order to have a permission for me to get a copy of my Form 137, without this letter I cannot get what I wanted. Thanks for our university for giving me this letter.
