HASANAH, salah seorang guru honor, sedang mengajar di kelas III MIS Sirajul Huda, Jumat pekan lalu | HASANAH, one of the honor teachers, was teaching in the third class of MIS Sirajul Huda, last Friday

Tak tega melihat anak-anak duduk berdesak-desakan dalam ruang sempit, sekitar tahun 2014, masyarakat Desa Alue Ie Mirah sepakat membangun tiga ruang kelas sementara, dekat ruang kelas permanen.
Sementara kondisi ruang kelas darurat semakin renta.

NAME OF ACEH increasingly popular in the international community after the earthquake with Tsunami devastated this area, Sunday, 26 December 2004.
After the disaster, humanitarian aid from the world community flowing profusely to the westernmost province in this Republic of Indonesia.
Banda Aceh, the capital of Aceh province, which is almost flat with the ground after the magnitude 9.3 earthquake, successfully reconstructed in just five years.
In fact, the old town where General Kohler died while attacking the Aceh kingdom, 14 April 1873, was built much more beautiful and majestic than before. Other districts affected by the tsunami also received assistance, including school buildings.

History also noted, Aceh was formerly known as a prosperous country. Rich of natural resources, especially oil and gas. However, it does not mean that the people of Aceh who currently number 5.2 million people all live prosperous.
The Acehnese who live in uninhabitable homes are still thousands. Even, in Aceh there are also schools whose buildings are made of used boards, much like school of Dutch colonial times.
One of that schools is the private Madrasah Ibtidayah (MIS) Sirajul Huda, in the Village Alue Ie Mirah, inland Pante Bidari, District East Aceh. This village position is about twenty kilometers, south of Lhoknibong - the capital city of Pantee Bidari sub-district.
If you drive a car or motorbike, it takes us about 30 minutes drive from Lhoknibong, with road conditions partially smooth, partly damaged and partly a dusty stone road.
The MIS Sirajul Huda was established in 1998. The warehouse of bridges material storage material, with a size of 4x3 meters, was used as an initial emergency study room. Several years later, as students grew, the teaching and learning process was moved to a former market building near the village head office.
In 2008, the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia built three permanent New Classrooms, and a year later, teaching and learning activities were transferred to the new building.
But, because the number of students at that time reached 166 people, first class to class VI, each space is partitioned two. This means the first and second classes are combined in one space. So is the third to sixth grade.
Unable to see children sitting in crowded rooms, around 2014, Alue Ie Mirah Village communities agreed to build three temporary classrooms, near permanent classrooms. The classroom was built of secondhand wood, rumbia leaf roofs and ground floors. Residents hoped that the emergency class would last at least two years, while waiting a new permanent classroom from the government.
Unfortunately, until now, the permanent classroom is not yet build. While the emergency classroom conditions are getting old. In the rainy season, the school floors are muddy like the rice fields are hijacked, because the roof is hollow.
So is the school wall made of used boards. Chickens and goats are free in and out. Sometimes, children are must to work together to clean up chicken and goat litter before studying, because their classrooms are used as cattle pens at night.

That's the school story in our country. What about school conditions in your country? Hopefully the story is more happy. :)
Best Regards From me in Aceh
@musyawirwaspada

Miris sekali potret pendidikan di daerah kita my chairman @musyawirwaspada.

Amin..
