In the world of teaching education is something that must be mastered by a teacher, for it required skills that must be mastered so that students are able to transfer knowledge to learners. Learning theoretically is not enough, but able to practice it properly and correctly.
Basic teaching skills have 4 important stages:

1. Skills to be able to approach personally
2. Organizing Learning activities
3. Skills to guide and facilitate learning
4. Plan and implement the learning and teaching process.

Learning method is one way that teachers use to achieve goals, basically the learning method is diverse types, the use of learning methods are usually tailored to the objectives of the learning itself, so as to increase students' absorption in the process of thinking and expressing opinions.

One of the learning methods can be applied by conducting discussions, discussion is a method of learning that involves the students have a big role in the education that will be received, with the discussion of children can devote and implement what is in the minds of these children. With this method children can be more independent and able to think better than before.

In addition to discussion as a means to train learners in digging information that will be discussed, this method is also useful to train children to be able to express their opinions with full confidence and have a strong mental future.

Discussions can be made by forming groups of several people, such as the field of natural science studies, they will study the material to be conveyed and discussed by asking for input and direction from the teacher, then each group with different materials will present the results of the study and other groups will respond. In addition, the discussion can also be done in small groups conducted by some people without the guidance of teachers, then the results of discussions that have no intersection will be consulted by teachers.
