In from the scripture we read 1timothy4:15-16
KJV:
Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all. Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.
Those moment of rebuke and correction cherish them for this are when tou are built.
Pay attention to your own personal development because of you do you save yourself and members.

Using the word of God ro make adjustment. 2Corinthians3:18

You can have the information of Gods word in your mind but the revelation of it in your spirit
Your office as a leader is not a reward is a responsibilty and it is inoder to move tou foward.
fight to stay humble
Rhis mwans it is a consious effort you have to do it yourself.have a teachable spirit.
If your parent/pastor is very carful to talk to you, you are not humble.
When you are corrected and you stay on rhe correction then you have a teachable spirit.
Loyality
One who is under authority has authority. You don't work hard to prove or gain more authority before your subjects but r rather follow more.
The anointing you don't serve you cannot inherit and the anointing you don't honour won't honour you. The only prove of your faithfulness in much is your faithfulness in little.Excellence, dependabity and Reliabiloty
Your actions including how you carried them has to reflect excellence. You should ne dependable when call upon to both showing excllence in a task.
