We are currently building our own Tesla Power Wall out of recycled laptop batteries that we smashed open and tested. We currently have 2000 cells soldered together in twenty 100 cell blocks. We have a store bought charge controller and intervertor. We are working on building our own battery managment system.
We are going to use the battery bank with a trailer that can be hauled to a off-grid premise.
We are working on metering the power to the user and using etherium as the payment gateway. This is related to our advancement of Energy, Eductation, IOT and Cryptocurrency. The people building the batteries are a mix of expert and novice engineers, welders, and sales people. This project has created 8 electrician apprentices and a contract with the Board of Water and Light in negotiation. We will be creating micro-utilities with these projects.
