How to cook simple step

A)First prepare maida (white flour) paratha
1)In a wide bowl, put maida and add 2 tablespoon of coocking oil to it.
2)Mix tit thoroughly
3)Add water in small quantity and knead the flour to make a soft dough ball.
4)Divide the big ball into smaller balls.
5)Now flatten the balls on a flat surface with the roller.
6)Now cook the flattened dough till golden brown on each side.

  1. Paratha ready

B)Second start preparing an omelette
C)After some time put the paratha on half cooked omelette
D) After some time egg roll ready put some stuff like cucumber,onion etc as per your choice
