We all have our favorite breakfast foods some like omelets others pancakes waffles scrambled eggs cereal french toast and so on when it comes to me I have a few a line such as soft-boiled eggs and my all-time tortures in today's post

I'll show you how to make my eggs benedict with poached eggs sitting on King and back bacon and toasted English muffins top with a beautiful hollandaise sauce it's not one personal Butler so my friends

let's get okay first we have to make one of the five French mother sauces the hollandaise but today I won't go into details about how to make it because you can view it

so while we keep the hollandaise sauce warm on the back burner we'll start boiling the water so in a large pot we'll add vinegar most people add just a tablespoon or two I

like to add a quarter cup I like the taste of vinegar on my post eggs and also it helps the white to get firmer and stick together faster while the water warms up and gets boiling

we'll take care of the English muffins and the Canadian back bacon so on a griddle over medium heat we'll add a little oil and 1 TSP of clarified butter well tilt the pants so the

ingredients covered the entire bottom and when it gets hot wolf plays or English muffin abs pressing down slightly so they can adhere on a griddle will cook until lightly Brown

about a minute and a half to two minutes well flip them and slightly Brown the other side when the English muffins are done we'll transfer them to a plate and set aside we'll add another

teaspoon of clarified butter and we'll put the back bacon slices on right away well cook them until golden about two minutes now we'll flip them as well and Grill the other side when cook take

them off the griddle and place each slice on top of an English muffin half and satisfied while we're looking after the eggs well stir the water creating a vortex which will prevent the white

from spreading out and then we'll drop the eggs in a whirlpool it's a good idea to put the egg in a small bowl or ramekin so there's less chance to break the yolk when dropping it in the water

well poach them for a couple minutes now using a slotted spoon well gently remove the egg from the water and place it on top of our Canadian back bacon while spoon generously with the warm

hollandaise sauce and for the finishing touch we'll sprinkle on some mile or smoked paprika and my friends this is our eggs benedict very easy to make this breakfast dish is so elegant to

serve either during the holidays special occasions or simply because you want to spoil your partner or yourself this egg recipe is definitely the one to make.
