Squaresoft's one and only side scrolling shooter game back when Square-Enix is still called Squaresoft. Ah~ the good old times it was.
When i bought this game home thinking it was another RPG based on piloting an advance aircraft or something from Squaresoft. However to my surprise, it's a side scrolling shooter and it's kinda fun.
The unique mechanics of grabbing weapons from fallen enemies is very interesting, you can equip 2 of them at the same time or equip on of them and cycle through each one at a time depending on what aircraft you choose.
Correct me if i'm wrong but after so many years, i don't think i have seen another shooter game with this kind of mechanic. Or maybe i'm getting old and seen some i don't remember LOL~.
