At least wait for the polling averages to shift before constructing a narrative. Right now this Times/Siena poll is out of step with the averages.
And fwiw this Times poll is exactly the same as their last poll when Harris became the nominee in July.
The Times battleground polling in August meanwhile had Harris with relatively good leads.
A poll with a MOE of 2.8% can have a 5.6 point shift on sampling error alone.
As for the issues and enthusiasm, Harris still is doing significantly better than Biden on both counts.
